The GMR training and development department is designed to equip those working in the field of Direct Supports with the training necessary to provide the most effective and most adequate care to those they serve.
Our trainings focuses both on compliance with county, state and federal regulations, and on professional development opportunities for Direct Support Professionals and other professionals in the Human Services field.
GMR believes that those who work in the Direct Supports field should be more than just care providers, they should be Direct Support Professionals. Achieving this level of professionalism requires training, updated information and adequate resources.
